Job Description:

Responsible for supporting and reporting to the Marketing team leaders. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, event management, highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support marketing team leaders with administrative and clerical tasks

  • Coordinate marketing activities and schedules

  • Organize files and provide general administrative support

  • Assist during preparation of and actual event execution

  • Assist in managing social media pages as needed

  • Maintain databases and handle correspondence

  • Schedule meetings and perform other duties as assigned

  • Play a key role in helping the marketing team achieve its goals efficiently

-Assist in processing supplier accreditation, raising Payment Requests and Expense Monitoring.
