Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of key clients in the assigned territory or market segment.
- Constantly improve selling skills and gain thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Able to efficiently offer products and solutions in the most holistic approach to new and active accounts
- Execute programs and initiatives in order to optimize sales and customer activation
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Reports directly to the Country Manager
Requirements and Skills
- Graduate of Business or any related 4-year course
- Proven experience in institutional sales and account management
- With experience in managing institutional accounts such as hotels, casinos, resorts, offices, hospitals, BPOs, universities, manufacturing, food chains, etc.
- Working experience in HORECA, hygiene, cleaning, scenting, and pest control industry, a PLUS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Able to communicate with all levels of people within an organization
