Job description

The Key Account Specialist is responsible in managing and grow relationships with key retail and corporate clients. Ensure strong partnerships, increasing sales, and expanding Messy Bessy's presence in major retail channels and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retail partners and corporate clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive sales within existing accounts to increase sales including acquisition of new clients to meet set sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance to ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.

Sales & Business Development

  • Recommends sales strategies for increasing revenue from key accounts.
  • Recommends promotional activities for in-store marketing.
  • Identify and onboard new key accounts that align with Messy Bessy's brand and values.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure the right products and promotions are delivered to key accounts.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock availability.
  • Provide feedback to product development based on customer insights.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Track competitor activities and provide recommendations to stay ahead in the market
