Job Summary:

The Revenue Analyst prepares and analyzes patient accounts receivable reserve calculations for hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare services. This role supports accurate financial reporting, maintains data systems, and provides key insights for audits and leadership.

Job Description:

  • Analyze and manage net revenue, reserves, and financial performance for assigned facilities
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting systems and financial tools
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver key financial reports to support audits and decision-making
  • Monitor data processing, perform recasts, and evaluate rate variances
  • Integrate new providers and transaction codes into reporting platforms
  • Review and report presumptive charity care for community benefit initiatives
  • Drive net revenue projects and operational process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial accounting or analysis.
  • Exposure to U.S. healthcare finance preferred.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Amenable to working in BGC, Taguig (Monday–Friday) and on a night shift/shifting schedule.
