Role Description

Turn raw information into insights that businesses can act on. They bridge the gap between numbers and decisions, making complex data easier to understand and use. Data Transformation and Preparation

: This involves filtering the data, handling missing values, and preparing the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Data Exploration and Analysis

: Analysts use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.

Data Visualization

: They create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable.

Reporting

: Data analysts prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes.

Collaboration

: They often work with other departments to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights.

·      Work with existing BAUs to support business operations, to provide a data driven analysis.

·      Collect, organize, and maintain data from primary and secondary sources while ensuring quality and accuracy.

·      Prepare, and validate data sets for reliable analysis and reporting.

·      Leverage Excel for data wrangling, reporting, and dashboard creation, and use Python/SQL for deeper statistical analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.

·      Build dashboards, charts, and reports that simplify data findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

·      Develop and automate processes for data collection, integration, and reporting to improve efficiency.

·      Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for data handling and analysis.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with organizational goals.

1 to 3 years of experience as a proactive and detail-focused Data Analyst to support our business operations. Your main responsibility will be supporting and maintaining accurate, insightful reporting, ensuring our data is reliable and actionable. You'll also run feedback collection processes, manage operational tasks, and support BAUs on internal platforms.

·      Strong foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python

·      Proven ability to analyze, structure, and present large data sets with clarity.

·      Experience creating reports, dashboards, or data visualizations for decision-making.

Strong communication skills to simplify complex findings for non-technical stakeholders.
