Job Title: Financial Analyst – Pharmacy

Location: BGC, Taguig

Employment Type: Contract

Department: Finance – Pharmacy Division

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our Pharmacy division. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to help drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for the Pharmacy division
  • Support budgeting and weekly forecasting processes
  • Analyze financial trends and develop models to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
  • Present business cases and financial insights to leadership
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, Oracle, and Lawson to extract and analyze data
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis; pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, Lawson, Essbase, and Smartview
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and data mining tools is a plus
