Job Summary

The Employee Engagement Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining strategies that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and improve employee satisfaction and retention. The role focuses on driving participation in engagement programs, strengthening communication between employees and management, and ensuring that employees feel recognized, valued, and supported.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

· Enhance Employee Engagement

Improve overall employee engagement levels across the organization.

· Increase Participation in Engagement Activities

Drive higher employee involvement in company programs, events, and initiatives.

· Improve Employee Retention

Reduce voluntary turnover through effective engagement initiatives.

· Foster Recognition Culture

Establish and sustain employee recognition programs.

· Support Wellness and Work-Life Balance

Promote employee well-being and wellness initiatives.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience - At least 2–5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, employee engagement.

Skills

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze survey data and recommend actionable insights.

Creative, resourceful, and passionate about employee engagement and workplace culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
