  • Facilitate engagement, employee satisfaction activities and, feedback programs and projects in support of corporate climate advancement and positive employee experience.
  • Establish and drive employee feedback and communication through multiple channels to strengthen employee experience.
  • Bring the outside in: keep up to date with trends and developments around employee engagement and use it to come up with fresh ideas to engage.
  • Collaborate with the different sections in HR to ensure positive experience in each stage of the employee life cycle.

  • Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of organizational development initiatives, projects and programs.

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • With 3 years work experience in the same capacity
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • With experience in Onboarding and OD is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City and can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
