
Employee Engagement Supervisor

The HR Supervisor – Employee Experience and Engagement is primarily responsible for the tactical execution and project management of HR engagement and communications overall HR & organizational development program in support of the positive employee experience objectives. Additionally, as a cultural change agent, this position will have various roles in leading, planning and supporting activities in organizational development initiatives, programs and projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
CLIMATE AND CULTURE : EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & EVENTS
· Lead and coordinate corporate engagement events and activities, such as but not limited to parties, summer outings and town halls.
· Facilitate engagement, employee satisfaction activities and, overall HR & and projects in support of corporate climate advancement and positive employee experience.
· Establish and drive employee feedback and communication through multiple channels to strengthen employee experience.
· Work collaboratively with HR-OD to design and deploy engagement surveys, focus groups and organizational assessments.
· Assist with Rewards & Recognition activities in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits team.
· Bring the outside in: keep up to date with trends and developments around employee engagement and use it to come up with fresh ideas to engage.
EMPLOYER BRANDING : HR COMMUNICATIONS
· Create, edit and publish HR communications, including feature stories, articles, memos and scripts, in collaboration with subject matter-experts.
· Manage content and calendar for employee engagement activities, working closely with key stakeholders, to promote employer brand and help drive awareness of company culture, and the employee experience.
· Manage HR social media platforms to promote employer brand and culture.
· Submit reports as required.
POSTIVE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE
· Collaborate with the different sections in HR to ensure positive experience in each stage of the employee life cycle:
a.1. Awesome On-boarding
· Organize and facilitate orientation activities for new employees.
· Coordinate for on-boarding/induction requirements of newly-hired employees.
· Manage the administrative tasks and facilitation of HR Corporate Training Programs such as but not limited to New Employee Orientation (JumpStart) and Team Member Orientation (Ops).
· Assist in mapping out performance plans of employees in coordination with immediate superiors of new hires.
· Assist in Performance Management System implementation with strong focus in culture-building.
a.2. Awesome Off-barding
· Assist and facilitate exit interviews for separated employees
· Assist in monitoring for requirements of separated employees.
· Assist in preparing reports.
a.3. Other stages in the employee life cycle as may be needed
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
· Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of organizational development initiatives, projects and programs.
HR EXCELLENCE
· Conduct HR Audits to assess gaps and commend action plans to improve HR department service delivery affecting employee experience.
HR PROJECTS, RESEARCH & REPORTS
· Provide assistance to the HR Director on departmental research needs and reportorial requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the same capacity.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Excellent written skills with attention to detail, accuracy and ability to adapt style to audience.
Excellent planning and leadership skills.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Ability to produce accurate reports and present statistical information.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
