Senior Marketing Manager (Creative & Strategy)
Full-Time | Remote (Outside U.S.) | Real Estate Industry Experience Required
We're looking for a high-performing, highly creative Senior Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing engine behind our fast-growing real estate brand. This isn't just a design job or a video editor role. This is a hands-on, full-scope marketing position where you'll own creative execution while guiding broader strategy, across print, social, video, and branding.

Our media-driven approach (like our proprietary HomeLaunch AI system) sets us apart through aggressive listing exposure, high-end visuals, and consistent branding across all channels.

What You'll Own
Social Media Management & Strategy
- Build and manage our multi-platform content calendar
- Schedule and post content across platforms
- Optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion
- Present reports with insights and recommendations
- Track what works, why, and guide the content direction
Video & Content Production
- Turn raw video footage (iPhone, drone, selfie/gimbal) into high-performing content
- Edit for platforms like Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Own post-production: graphics, hooks, transitions, captions, pacing
- Maintain fast delivery timelines from concept to publish
Print & Offline Marketing
- Design and produce real estate marketing materials, including:
- Multi-page newsletters (fold-out)
- Just Listed/Sold postcards
- Listing presentations and booklets
- Local guides, farming mailers, and market updates
- Collaborate with our U.S.-based graphic designer when needed
Brand & Campaign Strategy
- Plan 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month campaign strategies
- Ensure consistency across platforms and media types
- Measure performance (views, engagement, impressions, conversions)
- Provide creative ideas that align with marketing goals
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience
- 3+ consecutive years in real estate marketing (not freelance piecemeal)
- Experience working with U.S.-based Realtors or teams (required)
- Strong portfolio of social and video content
- High proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere (or equivalent)
- Fluent English and culturally fluent with U.S. real estate
- Available for at least 4 hours per day during U.S. afternoon hours (Arizona time)
You must also be comfortable managing content across the following platforms:
Facebook: Reels, Stories, Groups, Ads
Instagram: Feed, Reels, Stories, Highlights
TikTok: Short Form, Trending SI, Ads Manager
YouTube: Videos, Shorts, Ads
Threads: Text Threads, Image/Video Posts, Quote/Reply
Pinterest: Property Photos, Board Creation, SPW Link Pins
NextDoor, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, and CRMs
- Experience managing subcontractors, freelancers, or junior creatives
- Real estate photography or staging exposure
- Brand copywriting or print copy development
Compensation & Work Environment
- Part-time to start hours/week but will expand to full time)
- Starting salary: Based on skillset and experience
- Direct access to team leader/owner
