Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tax Administrative Assistant to support our tax operations team. This role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for tax-related activities.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in administrative support or tax-related work is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting).
  • Familiarity with document management systems or digital filing tools.
Administrative & Organizational Skills
  • Strong ability to collate, organize, and maintain both physical and digital documents.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping practices.
Communication Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to draft clear emails, reports, and summaries.
Mobility & Flexibility
  • Willing and able to travel to branch locations as needed.
  • Comfortable working independently in field settings with minimal supervision.
