We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to handle the financial records of our clients' businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all records.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year College Graduate of any course
  • With at least 1 year experience in any Administrative roles
  • Computer literate (MS Office, and Google Workspace)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to be trained
  • Resides in or near Batangas City, or willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

  • Record and organize daily financial transactions for multiple client accounts
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable, receivable, and bank statements
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in payroll processing
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all client financial data
  • Coordinate with clients and accountants for tax filing and compliance
  • Monitor invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents
