The Office Staff Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining company data and documents related to furniture inventory, sales, and production. This role supports daily administrative operations to ensure smooth information flow between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode and update data such as inventory records, client details, purchase orders, and sales transactions.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for office documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and delivery documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate data entry and information sharing.
  • Monitor and track stock levels and update product databases regularly.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and answering calls or emails.
  • Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related or IT-related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data encoding or administrative work (experience in furniture or manufacturing industry is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Can work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and with a positive work attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
