1. Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and organizing project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Fabrication, Installation, Procurement, QA/QC, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules or work plans as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as work orders, project status reports, and progress billings.

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project files including correspondence, permits, drawings, and other project-related documents.
  • Support project costing, variation orders, and material requests as required.

3. Communication & Client Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between the company, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Assist in arranging and documenting project meetings (kick-off, coordination, and progress meetings).
  • Address minor client inquiries and escalate concerns to the Project Manager when necessary.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure project activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Support site visits and inspections, and document findings for corrective action.

5. Administrative & Logistical Support

  • Prepare and process requisitions for materials, equipment, and services needed for the project.
  • Track project expenses and assist in ensuring adherence to budget.
  • Support the closing of projects, including turnover documentation and final reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
