Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Supplier Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-effective alternatives.

Purchasing & Negotiation

  • Solicit and compare price quotations from multiple vendors to ensure best-value procurement.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Align all purchasing decisions with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

Contract & Compliance Management

  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms and service expectations.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to forecast material needs accurately.
  • Schedule and coordinate timely deliveries to support uninterrupted project execution.
  • Oversee inventory levels, minimizing overstock and avoiding material shortages.

Cost & Budget Control

  • Track and report on procurement expenditures to ensure alignment with project budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing and process optimization.
  • Analyze procurement data to drive efficiency and improve financial performance.

Risk Management

  • Proactively assess and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
  • Manage and resolve supplier disputes and procurement-related issues efficiently.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in supply or logistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
