Job Description:

  • Conduct process mapping and gap analysis between current workflows and ERP functionality.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather and document system requirements aligned with QMS.
  • Configure ERP modules (Purchasing, Inventory, HR, Finance, etc.) based on approved workflows.
  • Lead or assist in user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure ERP documentation aligns with ISO-required procedures and records.
  • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), pilot implementation, and phased rollouts.
  • Monitor key performance metrics post-deployment and resolve system inefficiencies.
  • Support audit readiness and digital traceability for ISO/QMS compliance.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of technical and process-related issues.
  • Draft or maintain ERP-related SOPs, system manuals, and user guides.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
