Job Description:

  • Sources and negotiates with qualified suppliers to acquire materials and services required by the company and its subsidiaries.
  • Prepares Purchase Orders for materials, supplies, and services needed by production, engineering, logistics, and other departments.
  • Monitors and follows up on supplier delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
  • Acts as a liaison between suppliers and internal departments to maintain smooth coordination.
  • Prepares comparative quotation analyses, as well as weekly and monthly purchasing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an Engineering course or any related field.
  • With proven experience in office work and purchasing processes, preferably in a similar role.
  • Preferably has background in purchasing for the food industry, including projects, fabrication, and other related services.
  • Computer literate, with the ability to analyze purchase requests, assess bids, and prepare product specifications and contracts.
  • Possesses strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.
