Digital Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365)

Location: Remote (Philippines)
• Work to Thailand time (GMT+7)

Type: Full-time

Role Summary

Own our Microsoft 365 environment and keep our digital operations smooth. You'll structure Teams/SharePoint, automate with Power Automate, support users, and routinely maintain/build WordPress pages.

Core Responsibilities (M365 First)

Tenant & Access

  • User / group management, MFA, conditional access, basic compliance
  • Clear documentation, SOPs, and change logs

Teams & Collaboration

  • Team/Channel structure, lifecycle policies, guest access, app governance
  • Meeting/calling settings, approvals, and templates

SharePoint & OneDrive

  • Site architecture, libraries, metadata, versioning, retention
  • Permissions without broken inheritance; external sharing controls
  • Content migration and restores

Power Automate

  • Build/maintain flows: approvals, document routing, reminders, sync tasks
  • Connectors: Outlook, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, Teams, Excel
  • Error handling and monitoring

Support & Enablement

  • L1/L2 help for Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Planner
  • Short "how-to" guides that actually prevent future tickets
Web (Routine WordPress Work)
  • Core updates, plugin/theme management, backups, basic security
  • Page building (Divi/Gutenberg/Elementor/etc.), landing pages, forms, lead flows
  • Performance basics (cache, image optimization), mobile checks
Nice to Have
  • Canva for simple branded assets (wedding signs, seating plans, menus)
  • Basic IG/FB page hygiene and uploads
  • Power Apps / Intune fundamentals
Must-Haves
  • 2–4+ yrs hands-on Microsoft 365 admin (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, OneDrive, Planner)
  • Solid WordPress page building & maintenance as a routine task
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ownership mindset
  • Very good written/spoken English
Working Hours
