Flowloopa is looking for a Digital Systems & Marketing Specialist who will help businesses move into full digitization through CRM setup, funnel building, automation, and modern marketing execution.

This role is perfect for someone who loves tech, design, workflows, and creative campaign work — and wants to grow with a fast-scaling PH-based tech company.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digitization Promoter (GHL/Flowloopa CRM)
  • Introduce and advocate CRM digitization to businesses
  • Demonstrate features such as pipelines, automations, calendars, funnels, forms, chat widgets, AI tools, and more
  • Assist new clients with onboarding and setup

2. Campaign Marketing (for Flowloopa + Client Accounts)
  • Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Create branded graphics, ads, and short-form content
  • Execute email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across accounts

3. Webinar Proctor for Flowloopa
  • Host, manage, and moderate Flowloopa webinars
  • Assist with questions, chat support, and tech troubleshooting
  • Prepare slides, assets, and post-webinar follow-ups

4. Lead Handling & Support
  • Respond to inbound leads from Flowloopa and client accounts
  • Assign leads correctly inside the CRM
  • Ensure fast responses and proper follow-up workflows

5. Automations & Workflow Builder (Preferred but not required – training provided)
  • Build email/SMS follow-up sequences
  • Create nurturing flows, tagging systems, and smart logic
  • Connect funnels, forms, calendars, payments, and CRM actions
  • Assist with sales automation and no-show reduction systems

6. Design & Creative (Advertising + Multimedia)
  • Create social media graphics, funnel designs, thumbnails, ads
  • Edit videos for campaigns, webinars, reels, and TikToks
  • Basic photo editing for branding and marketing

7. Social Media Management (Flowloopa + Clients)
  • Manage and schedule posts across all platforms
  • Maintain monthly content calendars
  • Analyze performance and recommend improvements

  • Canva graphics and branded campaign assets
Funnels, Forms & Landing Pages
  • Build full funnels, landing pages, and opt-in systems
  • Connect CRM automations to complete the customer journey
Advanced Automations & Workflows
  • Multi-step email & SMS sequences
  • Lead segmentation, tagging, and qualification
  • Sales notifications, assignment, and follow-up systems
Pipeline Management & Sales Support
  • Clean and optimize pipelines
  • Automated lead rotation
  • Show-up rate improvement systems
Email Marketing Execution
  • Build newsletters and campaign blasts
  • Segment lists for conversion
  • Manage deliverability and reputation
Reporting & Optimization
  • Monthly dashboard reports
  • Funnel analytics
  • Optimization recommendations for scale

Ideal Candidate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable learning CRM systems (GHL experience is a BIG advantage)
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Can manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Willing to learn automation, AI tools, and CRM logic
  • Experience in design, social media, or digital marketing is a plus
