Job Description:

The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, user access, applications, cloud services, communication systems, and overall technical operations. The role ensures stable, secure, and efficient technology support for both local and remote teams.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, monitor, and support the company's servers, network devices, storage, and backup systems.
  • Coordinate with external support providers for escalated or specialized support.
  • Manage and administer all company-approved applications, cloud services, SaaS tools, and productivity platforms.
  • Oversee account setup, access management, permissions, and related configurations.
  • Address, prioritize, and resolve IT support issues through the company's ticketing system.
  • Assist users with hardware, software, network, and account-related concerns.
  • Configure and prepare devices for new hires, including software installation, account creation, and security settings.
  • Ensure proper offboarding through access revocation, device retrieval, and secure data handling.
  • Apply and monitor company security standards including MFA, password policies, access control, and endpoint protection.
  • Support internal compliance with data protection and security protocols.
  • Manage and maintain communication and conferencing systems used by the company.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations.
  • Update SOPs and IT-related guidelines as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and skills development to enhance expertise in systems administration, security, and emerging technologies that support and improve the company's IT environment.
  • May be assigned other MIS-related tasks, projects, and responsibilities that are reasonably within the scope of the role and necessary for business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years experience in IT system administration, MIS, or IT support.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft 365 admin, Azure AD, VPN configuration, Windows/macOS admin.
  • Experience managing multiple SaaS platforms.
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and data protection.
  • Experience in a BPO or legal/eDiscovery environment is an advantage.
  • Certifications (optional): CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, M365, CCNA, Fortinet NSE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
