Role Summary

Own Microsoft 365 (with a strong emphasis on Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, OneDrive, Planner), enforce sensible governance, automate routine work, support users, and build/maintain WordPress pages for multiple BZ brands.

Core Responsibilities (MS365 First)

Tenant, Identity & Governance

  • User/group lifecycle, MFA, conditional access, role assignments (least privilege)
  • Policies for sharing, retention, DLP; monitoring, auditing, documentation

Teams & Collaboration

  • Design Team/Channel architecture with naming & lifecycle rules
  • Guest access & app governance; meeting/call settings; request/approval templates

SharePoint & OneDrive

  • Information architecture: sites, libraries, metadata, content types
  • Permissions at scale (avoid broken inheritance), external sharing policies
  • Versioning, restores, migrations, and standardized site templates per business unit

Power Automate (Power Platform)

  • Build, standardize, and maintain flows: approvals, document routing, reminders, syncs
  • Connectors: Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Forms, Excel
  • Error handling, run history, environment strategy; light Power Apps is a plus

End-User Support & Enablement

  • L1/L2 support for Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Planner
