We are looking for an HR Staff member who will focus on Talent Acquisition and assist in Employee Engagement Programs. This position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment: Help create and implement strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
- Job Posting: Post job advertisements on different platforms to reach a wide audience.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
Employee Engagement
- Program Development: Help design and implement programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Feedback Collection: Establish ways for employees to provide feedback and analyze it for improvements.
- Event Coordination: Organize team-building activities and workshops to enhance employee collaboration and engagement.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team, and familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Pay: Php13, Php14,500.00 per month
