About the Role

We're hiring a Site Engineer with solid experience supervising MEPFS works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Sanitary). You'll coordinate trades, enforce quality and safety, and keep the schedule humming from rough-in to turnover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily MEPFS works and verify compliance with plans/specs
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, suppliers, and consultants
  • Review drawings, raise RFIs, and support look-ahead scheduling
  • Prepare daily reports, track progress, and assist with material take-offs
  • Implement QA/QC and safety protocols
  • Join coordination meetings and handle punch list/commissioning support

Qualifications

  • Engineer of any discipline (CE, EE, ME, etc.), licensed or non-licensed
  • 2+ years MEPFS site supervision experience
  • Strong plan reading, site coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be site-based; good communication with field teams

Preferred

  • Fit-out or mid-rise project experience
  • Basic AutoCAD and MS Office/Docs familiarity
