About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC'. This exciting full-time role will be based in our office in Talisay City Cebu, where you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional technical support and service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from customers to provide technical support and resolve issues related to our telecommunications products and services
  2. Actively listening to customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
  5. Continuously expanding your knowledge of our products and services to provide the best possible customer experience
  6. Contributing to the overall success of the call center by meeting or exceeding performance targets

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and technology
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  5. Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
