Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents in the Telco industry. No prior experience is required — we provide full training to help you succeed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and courteously.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work in Cebu.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
