The opportunity
AUXILIA INC' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Telco Canadian Account Representative. Based in our Talisay City Cebu office, this is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work directly with our Canadian telecommunications clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Canadian telecommunications clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and service-related requests
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with call centre operations and customer service best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
- Comfort with technology and the ability to navigate various software systems
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry or a customer-facing role is preferred
