About the role

This is a full-time sales and financial account role at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Talisay City, Cebu. It is open to newbies and offers a competitive salary of up to 30,000 plus a 15,000 sign-on bonus.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and transactions
  3. Assist customers with understanding their accounts and financial products
  4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  6. Collaborate with the wider team to achieve department and company objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  3. Numeracy skills and attention to detail
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  5. Enthusiasm for learning about financial products and services
  6. Customer Service or Call Centre experience is preferred but not essential
