Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support clinical nursing staff

What it takes?

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Must be a Registered/Licensed Nurse
  • Proven experience in clinical nursing, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience with vaccine administration and adherence to vaccination protocols preferred
  • Strong ability to supervise, mentor, and support clinical nursing staff
  • Skilled in managing schedules, day-to-day operations, and clinical documentation processes
  • Experience conducting staff training sessions and performance evaluations
  • Knowledgeable in vaccine inventory management, cold chain requirements, and emergency protocols
  • Familiarity with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and standards, as well as internal quality assurance practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead a team of healthcare professionals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous in ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in clinical procedures and documentation
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
