This candidate is responsible for specific administrative and clinical duties in the Hemodialysis Unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspects area daily for compliance with policies and procedures, regulations, and standards and takes corrective action when a violation is noted.
  • Ensures compliance with patient care assessment, documentation, patient teaching/education, and integrity of the medical record.
  • Ensures ongoing Performance Improvement activities within the unit.
  • Assists with the implementation of corrective action when necessary.
  • Monitors and evaluates the quality/appropriateness of patient care based on required standards and other licensing agencies;
  • Reports to the Management for Clinical Strategic Initiatives.
  • Maintains a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patient/families in accordance with the clinic's standards;
  • Oversees the delivery of patient care, directs and delegates patient care assignments to nursing staff, based on acuteness of patient care needs and staff availability;
  • Enhances professional growth and development, through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
