In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the team in completing project-based assignments to deliver automated processes.
• Guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes.
• Guide the team in implementing the full life cycle of an automation solution, identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools.
• Ensure the service level agreements are on target.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for the employees in cooperation with the manager to manage workloads and projects.
• Train new hires and ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skills before performing their work alone/independently.
• Perform regular coaching to enhance the performance of staff and encourage participation in decision-making.
• Analyze risk and mitigate project circumstances based on impact assessment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the IT software development field.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a small, informal team or work group as an ad hoc, temporary, stretched, or developmental assignment.
• Understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities (i.e., operations management, employee performance management and development, customer management, etc.).
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and automation tools, with strong knowledge of Agile, Scaled Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Skilled in web and software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and SQL Server.
