Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and be the voice that connects customers to excellent service. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and making each interaction a positive experience, this role is for you. We're looking for someone who communicates with confidence and professionalism, with at least 3 to 6 months of prior customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through calls, emails, or chat to provide assistance and solutions
  • Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues quickly
  • Uphold service standards and maintain a professional tone at all times

Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 months of customer service experience (BPO or face-to-face)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused
  • High school graduate or college level/graduate
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
