Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries through chat and email. This is a full-time onsite role based in McKinley, Taguig.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience

(Experience in Airlines or Travel accounts is a plus, but not required)

  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Willing to work onsite full-time (not open to working students)
