Customer Service Representative (Voice & Chat Support)

Location: BGC Taguig

About the Role

Are you passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional support? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and be the friendly voice and trusted support for our users across multiple channels phone, chat, email, and SMS. You'll assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and help improve user retention and satisfaction in a fast-paced, growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, clear, and helpful support to customers via phone, chat, email, and SMS.
  • Handle inquiries related to user accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Log and track customer feedback, issues, and requests, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Support outbound follow-up calls aimed at boosting user engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Meet or exceed established service KPIs, including First Response Time (FRT) and Handling Resolution Time (HRT).
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferably experienced in BPO, call centers, telesales, or online customer service roles.
  • Strong customer service mindset with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced and shifting environment with rotating shifts (morning, evening, night).
