Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient management of the executive's daily activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Monitor office supplies, assist with procurement, and ensure operational needs are met.
- Support the executive in personal and professional tasks as needed.
- Ensure timely reminders and manage deadlines effectively.
- Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience
as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
