We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President. This individual will manage the President's day-to-day activities, coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth execution of personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the President's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel logistics (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with personal errands and household management as needed
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Anticipate the President's needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise
  • Organize special projects, events, and meetings as assigned
  • Ensure the President's office runs efficiently and effectively at all times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; tech-savvy with new tools and apps
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse individuals at all levels.
