Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Jardine Distribution Inc. Full time ₱180,000 - ₱360,000 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Responsible in securing quotations from various suppliers based on the Purchase Requisition submitted from different departments.

2) Ensures that all goods and services purchased/obtained are of quality/best value with suppliers of good service/deliveries.

3) Ensures that all major suppliers shall go through an accreditation process and periodic performance evaluation.

4) Preparation of Orders (PO) and ensured that all PO issued by the company are done in the system, controlled and authorized.

5) Assists in monitoring that all stocks/services are being delivered by the suppliers/providers.

6) Assists in application of CAIP with the FPA and other agencies in related to importations.

7) Assists in coordinating with authorized brokers with regards with our incoming shipments/ stocks.

8) Assists in updating Suppliers Portal and other schedules such as reconciliation of PO balances vs supplier records.

9) Ensures that all PO are properly monitored and reconciled.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any business related course.
  • Has at least 2 to 3 years of related working experience in procurement/supply chain.
  • Knowledgebale in technical requirements related to construction and safety.
  • Good analytical ability, excellent listening, verbal and communication skills, and computer skills.
  • Willing to work in Makati City.
