Job Description:

Performs all tasks related to marketing and management of e-commerce platforms. Plays a pivotal role in driving online sales through sales and marketing strategies. Responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers on e-commerce platforms.

Studies marketing and e-commerce trends; conceptualizes cohesive marketing promotions for online; management of 3rd party agencies (if any); collating reports on the performance of the marketing promotions and company's social media accounts; responds to customer queries and comments.

Duties/Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to -

  • Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue for online platforms.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the online sales channel especially TIKTOK.

  • Conceptualizes and implements marketing calendar for the online channel.

  • Manages company-controlled e-commerce sites, towards achievement of set revenue goals.

  • Studies and shares - with proposed practical applications - marketing and e-commerce trends.

  • Monitors and reports regularly on the performance of all promotional efforts and social media accounts.

  • Responds to customer comments and messages sent and resolves customer complaints quickly.

  • Communicates with customers on on-going brand launches and promotions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

  • Performs other duties and tasks that are assigned from time to time.
