About the role

Join the dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions as an E-Commerce (90% Nonvoice) Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle a wide range of customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on products, services, and policies
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and other e-commerce-related tasks
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Associate/College Grad (w/diploma) + 3mos Customer Facing experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
