What is your mission?

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to manage vendor and customer transactions, ensure accurate financial records, and support accounting operations. This role involves processing payments, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and assisting with regulatory filings while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality. Join our team and help keep financial processes running smoothly and efficiently.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Ensure timely payment to vendors, including tracking invoices, responding to inquiries, and preparing checks
  • Maintain the billing system to ensure accurate customer payments and prepare weekly deposits
  • Prepare and record routine journal entries and reconciliations
  • Perform banking activity reconciliations for multiple accounts
  • Track and process 1099 contractor payments accurately
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial procedures and regulatory filings
  • Assist with special projects to improve accounting efficiency and processes
Who are we looking for?
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (AP/AR focus preferred)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with 1099 forms
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic and professional integrity
