Responsible for processing payments and account payables for assigned transactions at a dynamic, innovative company in Manila.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing Account Payable Vouchers for projects non-trade, fund transfer/payroll/duties, logistics/marine insurance/insurance/bonds, and other non-trade SOA/advances to suppliers/rentals/etc.
  • Processing payments for projects non-trade, fund transfer/duties, logistics/marine insurance, other insurance, and other non-trade SOA/advances to suppliers/rentals/etc.
  • Releasing checks for non-trade.
  • Processing BIR Form 2307 for non-trade/recon.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • CPA is an advantage.
  • Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Highly organized and attentive to details.
  • Willingness to work in ALVA Building C. Raymundo Ave, Pasig City.
