Job Summary

The Accounting Associate/Credit Analyst supports the evaluation of financial data and helps maintain accurate records for project-related activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and involves assisting in basic financial reviews, monitoring documentation, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing financial documents, including client financial statements, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support the assessment of financial risk and help ensure project requests align with standard financial parameters.
  • Prepare preliminary summaries and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Follow established operating procedures in daily tasks and documentation processes.
  • Monitor the progress and status of ongoing and approved projects, updating records as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify data accuracy and maintain up-to-date project files.
  • Help identify and report discrepancies in financial or project documentation.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is complete, properly filed, and audit-ready.
  • Provide general support to the accounting or finance team and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Internship or academic experience in credit, billing, or financial analysis is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of billing and collection processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial or accounting software is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced professional environment.
