Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Process and monitor payments to accredited trade and non-trade suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle Purchase Orders, expense recording, and cash outflow transactions in the Accounting System.
  • Prepare and maintain government-related documents and reports (e.g., 2307 forms, VAT Relief, VAT Filing, and Withholding Tax Filing) and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Generate weekly and monthly Accounts Payable and Profit & Loss reports for departments and stores.
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding invoices, reconciliations, and other concerns.
  • Record and monitor tax-related entries such as Input VAT, Withholding Tax, and other business taxes.
  • Maintain updated schedules of Fixed Assets and recurring company expenses.
  • Review and validate accounting documents submitted by suppliers and employees for completeness and accuracy.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and allocation of all company expenses.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any equivalent course.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Associate or in a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willing to be assigned at Frankie's Headquarters (Kapitolyo, Pasig).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
