We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to join our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of technical SEO best practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance, improve search visibility, and drive organic traffic.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies including site structure, metadata, and indexing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed during site development.
  • Monitor website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
  • Provide recommendations for improving website crawlability and user experience.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical SEO or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, website architecture and JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and SEO automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience withJavaScript SEO and rendering.
  • Knowledge ofPython or SQLfor data analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity withlocal SEO and eCommerce SEO strategies.
