About Us

We are a growing digital marketing company based in Singapore seeking a skilled SEM & SEO Specialist to join our remote team. This role blends technical SEO, content-driven optimization, data-driven SEM management, and strategic client support, ensuring our digital presence achieves maximum visibility and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research, search trend analysis, and competitive audits.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
  • Write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts and content to drive organic traffic.
  • Optimize site architecture, metadata, schema markup, and on-page elements for search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in code and site structure.
  • Perform regular site audits, monitoring technical health, page speed, and crawlability.
  • Track and report on organic and paid campaign performance, using insights to guide strategy.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting approaches to boost conversions.
  • Implement analytics tracking, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Work with the sales team to create SEO/SEM proposals for potential new clients, including strategy outlines, keyword opportunities, and budget recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO and SEM strategy, including technical, content, and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to write and optimize blog content for SEO.
  • Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on search performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and sales teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and API reporting.
  • Understanding of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
