Client & Broker Specialist

We're looking for a
detail-oriented and proactive professional
to support our corporate clients and brokers. This role is perfect for someone with experience in
broker support, client servicing, or insurance operations
. You'll ensure smooth policy management, accurate documentation, and strong client/broker relationships.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in
insurance operations, client servicing, or broker support
. - Knowledge of insurance products and policy processing.
- Strong
client and broker relationship management
skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent
organization and multitasking
. - Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and insurance/enterprise systems. - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients and brokers, addressing inquiries, processing policy closings, endorsements, and documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, finance) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate client and policy records, monitor for errors, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and support training for brokers or new team members.
