We're looking for a

to support our corporate clients and brokers. This role is perfect for someone with experience in
broker support, client servicing, or insurance operations

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in
    insurance operations, client servicing, or broker support
    .
  • Knowledge of insurance products and policy processing.
  • Strong
    client and broker relationship management
    skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent
    organization and multitasking
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    and insurance/enterprise systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients and brokers, addressing inquiries, processing policy closings, endorsements, and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, finance) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy records, monitor for errors, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline processes, and support training for brokers or new team members.
