- Work alongside product specialists and service partners to identify new opportunities for strengthening existing relationships through technical advice and innovative solutions.
- Contribute actively towards achieving departmental financial targets by driving business development initiatives focused on growing assets under management and increasing overall profitability.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
- Participate in regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities aimed at keeping abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices within wealth management.

- Certification as an SEC Fixed Income Salesman is considered advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to pursue further qualifications is highly valued.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial markets coupled with deep knowledge of investment products, services, and associated credit considerations.
- Proven track record in business development activities focused on acquiring new clients while nurturing existing ones through attentive service delivery.
