Position Title: Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the solicitation and generation of Metro Manila Car Fleet loan availments, sales channel coordination and client engagement, while ensuring compliance with the Bank's regulatory and credit policies.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
• Solicits Car Fleet Financing accounts (Direct, Branches, Institutional Banking) to achieve departmental targets.
• Direct client engagement (application requirements, completion, loan terms negotiation)
• Accredits, establishes, renews and manages Car Fleet Financing Lines for clients with multiple vehicle requirements
• Oversees line utilization to ensure optimal management of resources
• Conducts pre-screening of accreditation documents to verify completeness and sufficiency.
• Presents loan proposals to the appropriate approving body for review and decision-making
• Conducts roadshow presentations, branch training and orientations on sales strategies, marketing offers, and policy updates as necessary.
• Coordinates with support units (CRG, CLOD, CREAD, CRIAD, Legal Compliance) and Institutional Banking to address tie-up related concerns, including document compliance.
• Develops and implements sales programs aimed at generating volume and driving growth.
• Delivers feedback on market conditions to keep the bank updated on the latest market trends.
• Engages directly with clients and manages dealer relationships to foster strong partnerships
• Recommends enhancements to policies, processes, and systems within the Department/Division for improved efficiency and effectiveness..
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Have at least 2 years experience as Relationship Manager for CAR product
