We are looking for a Service Admin / Billing staff to join our BYD Aftersales team in Tagbilaran, Bohol. The Service Admin / Billing will handle the accurate processing of job orders, invoices, and warranty claims while providing administrative support to the service department. This role ensures smooth workflow and compliance with BYD's aftersales standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices and process billing for general maintenance and repair services.
  • Ensure accuracy of job orders, labor, parts, and warranty charges.
  • Maintain service records and support Service Advisors in documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, warranty claims, and daily service monitoring.
  • Handle customer billing inquiries and ensure smooth vehicle release after payment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in billing or admin (automotive industry an advantage).
  • Knowledge of billing procedures, warranty processing, and service documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Customer service oriented and proficient in MS Office and DMS.
