We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our BYD Aftersales team in Tagbilaran, Bohol. The CRO will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent aftersales support and fostering long-term relationships. This role focuses on customer satisfaction by handling feedback, addressing concerns, and promoting BYD's service programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and assist them with inquiries regarding aftersales services.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Admin staff to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers on completed services, campaigns, and recalls.
  • Support service promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or relations (automotive industry an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer service orientation.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
