Qualifications

The Barista role is designed to be the primary executor of a customer experience. Baristas work in tandem with their coworkers and Team Leaders to cultivate a café culture rooted in integrity, excellence, and malasakit.

Job role

1. Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and take orders.

Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.

Ensure customer satisfaction with a friendly and professional attitude.

2. Drink and Food Preparation

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to recipes.

Handle food items, such as pastries, ensuring freshness and quality.

3. Cleanliness and Maintenance

Keep the cafe, coffee machines, and tools clean and organized.

Follow health and safety standards for food handling and preparation.

4. Sales Handling

Actively upsell products to enhance customer experience and boost sales.

Operate the POS system to process orders and payments.

Handle online payments and receipts accurately.

Must have skills:

Barista, food and drinks preparation and handling, customer service, sales/ upselling, POS handling and cashiering

Good to have skills:

Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing high-quality beverages and food items & ensuring smooth café operations.

Job Type: Fixed term
